Kitchen Remodeling
Cabinetry, stone, tile, and light. The room your whole house revolves around, rebuilt to last.
The work
A kitchen remodel is carpentry, stone work, tile, flooring, and finish detail all in one room, and that is exactly the work we self-perform. We install the cabinetry, set the tile, lay the floors, and manage the licensed electricians and plumbers around our own schedule, so the timeline holds between trades.
Most of our kitchens start with a walkthrough at your home. We talk layout: whether walls move, where the island wants to be, what stays. Then we help you source cabinetry, stone, and tile at the right price point; clients tell us the guidance on where to buy materials is half the value. From demo day forward you get a clean, protected site, weekly walkthroughs, and one person answering your texts: Jonathan.
Every kitchen is priced from a written scope — no allowances that balloon later. Payments are staged in three phases tied to progress, so both sides stay protected.

Questions
Asked on every kitchens job.
Can you help us choose and source materials?
Yes, it's a standard part of our projects. We point you to the suppliers we trust for cabinetry, stone, and tile at each price level, and we pick up and receive materials so nothing arrives damaged or late.
Can we stay in the house during a kitchen remodel?
Usually, yes. We wall off the work area, keep a path clean, and can set up a temporary kitchenette. For larger whole-home projects we'll help you plan around the disruption, including where to stay if it comes to that.
Who actually does the work?
Our own crew. Demo, cabinetry, tile, and flooring are self-performed, with Jonathan on site through the build. Electrical and plumbing are handled by the licensed subcontractors we've worked with for years.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Where the scope requires a permit, from moving walls to new circuits and plumbing relocations, we prepare and manage the process with your municipality before work begins.
Tell us what your kitchen needs to become. We'll walk the space with you and give you a real number.
